ViralPlayDevelopers Guidelines for responsible social gaming

ViralPlayDevelopers is committed to protecting our players and promoting responsible social gaming as part of our customer service and social responsibility policies. We believe it is our shared responsibility with you, our customers, to ensure that you enjoy your experience on our platform, while being aware of the potential risks that can be associated with online gambling if you do not maintain control.
We encourage you to use the responsible social gaming tools described below that are available to you. To ensure you have fun and accessible gaming, we fully support responsible social gaming and have taken measures to help customers who want to control their gaming. We reserve the right to activate these measures unilaterally if we deem it necessary in our sole discretion.

RSG ACCESS CONTROL TOOLS

The access control tools described below are available if your game may have become, or is at risk of becoming, problematic (see “What is problematic gaming” in section 7.4).

3.1. Taking a Break – Available via the “Contact” form on the Platform under “Responsible Social Gambling Options”. Allows you to take a short break from the game. During this period, you will not be able to access your account.
(a) Available options are 1 day, 3 days, 7 days, 14 days or 30 days.
(b) It will not be possible to reactivate your account until the selected period is over.
3.2. Self-Exclusion – Available via the “Contact” form on the Platform under “Responsible Social Gambling Options”.
Self-exclusion allows you to suspend your account for an extended period of time. During this period, you will not be able to access your account.
(a) The available time period options are 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, 5 years and indefinite. If your account is verified to our satisfaction, we will make reasonable efforts to ensure that any remaining Sweep Coins in your account that meet our turnover requirements and our minimum redemption threshold are redeemed.
(b) You will be unsubscribed from receiving marketing communications.
(c) You will not be able to reactivate your account until the selected time period is over.
(d) When a specific self-exclusion is in effect, your account will automatically be reactivated when the selected time period expires.
(e) When an indefinite self-exclusion is in effect, at least 6 months must elapse before the account can be reactivated.
(f) When an indefinite self-exclusion is in effect, a 7-day waiting period will apply before the account is reactivated.
3.3. Permanent closure – Contact customer support.
(a) You may choose to permanently close your account. If you wish to do so, please send a written email to customer support via “Contact” requesting a “permanent account closure” and stating the reason for the closure.
Please note that unlike an indefinite self-exclusion, a permanent opt-out is irreversible and cannot be reactivated under any circumstances.
(b) You will be asked to provide a “confirmation of understanding” to permanently close your account.

EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION ON RESPONSIBLE SOCIAL GAMING

EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION ON RESPONSIBLE SOCIAL GAMING
6.1. Game principles
(a) Randomness: Remember that the results of the game rounds are completely random. Results cannot be predicted and are independent of past or future results.
(b) Return to Player (RTP): This is the average return on winnings and prizes over the lifetime of a slot machine. That is, if a slot machine has an edge of 8%, the average RTP will be 92%.
(c) Edge: All casino games are designed with a slight edge that favors the operator.
6.2. Common misconceptions
(a) “I am due for a victory” – You cannot predict when you will win. All results are random.
(b) “I always win with my charm and pre-game ritual” – Although they can be fun, charms and rituals do not affect your chances of winning. All results are random.
(c) “The more I play, the more chances I have to win” – Play time has no effect on your chances of winning. All results are random.
(d) “These games are rigged” – The Random Number Generator (RNG) used in all ViralPlayDevelopers games is the same base code as the RNG independently certified by iTechLabs and Gaming Associates, who have verified that the RNG uses a well – known algorithm for generating random numbers. The numbers generated by RNG passed Marsaglia’s “diehard” tests for statistical randomness. iTech Labs and Gaming Associates discovered that number sequences are unpredictable, non-repeatable and evenly distributed.
